The breakfast was great and it had a decent variety of products available. The room was nice, cosy, and pretty big, so it was great for the two nights i spent there. I was in the back building, away from the street (i was very grateful for that). It was very quiet, which i appreciated a lot.

I was disappointed that there were only coffee facilities in the room. There were no real tea making facilities, no tea bags, no milk, and not even a spoon provided. The rainfall shower looked nice, but the water pressure was so low that i could not really use it to take a proper shower.

The staff were friendly. They went out of their way to assist guests. The front desk provided efficient check-in and check-out services. Staff members addressed requests promptly (i really appreciate that!).

the reception operates 24/7, a nice feature. staff members spoke english well. they also gave good recommendations for local restaurants. the room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. the location is convenient , close to the tram.

i found only a coffee machine in the room , but no tea making facilities were available. there were no tea bags , milk , or even a spoon provided. i felt this was a noticeable omission.

The room was clean and quite spacious. That was acceptable.

The front desk staff were unhelpful. I asked for tea bags and a spoon, but was good. I received only five loose tea bags for a three-night stay. The spoon arrived on our last evening after I asked the cleaner again. TERRIBLE.
